Mansfeld's Vodka Tonic

• 40ml Mansfeld Vodka

• Tonic water, to top

• 1 squeeze lemon (optional)

• Garnish: lemon peel

1. Add the vodka to a Collins glass.
   

2. Fill the glass with ice, then top with the tonic water and add an optional squeeze of lemon.
   

3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
