50 ml Mansfeld Dry Gin
12.5 ml sugar cane syrup infusion of thyme and blueberries
50ml pommegrenade juice
12.5 ml lemon juice
Add the Mansfeld Dry Gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, infused syrup and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.
Serve in a tumbler or rocks glass with a garnish of lime.
If you want to impress, add a block of dry ice for a real smokey affect.
Add all of the ingredients to a pot. Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Once it has simmered allow to sit for at least an hour until relatively cool.
Use the back of a wooden spoon (or masher if you have one) and mash the berries and thyme until you reach a pulp-like consistency.
Strain the mixture into a glass bottle of your choice.
