Summer Storm Gin

  • 50 ml Mansfeld Dry Gin

  • 12.5 ml sugar cane syrup infusion of thyme and blueberries

  • 50ml pommegrenade juice

  • 12.5 ml lemon juice





Add the Mansfeld Dry Gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, infused syrup and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.

  • Serve in a tumbler or rocks glass with a garnish of lime.

  • If you want to impress, add a block of dry ice for a real smokey affect.

  • Syrup Infusion

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pot. Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  • Once it has simmered allow to sit for at least an hour until relatively cool.

  • Use the back of a wooden spoon (or masher if you have one) and mash the berries and thyme until you reach a pulp-like consistency.

  • Strain the mixture into a glass bottle of your choice.
