40ml Mansfeld Oak Gin
10ml maple syrup
5ml sherry
2 dashes orange mandarin bitters
1 dash aromatic bitters
Ice, for serving
Blood orange wheels, passion fruit for garnish
Step 2: In a cocktail shaker, stir the gin, maple syrup, sherry and bitters with plenty of ice.
Step 1: Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheels and serve.
